At 6pm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all items in their original condition. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges, but you are welcome to place a new order for your preferred item.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your 6pm account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided in the returns portal; please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn, then affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund.
